It’s Been A Long Long Time

Ok, no laughing.

Today I pulled a 315 deadlift for the first time in over four years.

I only did five pitiful sets.

135 x 5

225 x 3

275 x 1

295 x 1

315 x 1

I was riding a stationary bike for 3 minutes in between sets.

It felt challenging and I probably could have gone to 320.

Maybe next week.
